ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Starting January 21, 2025, we will enroll all new students on a first-come, first-served basis until we fill
our capacity.

The enrollment will be done through the PowerSchool Online Enrollment platform.

After submitting their application, all parents will receive a personalized email with a snap code to access the 2025-26 enrollment/registration form.

Shots Required for TK/K-12 Students

Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP, DTP, Tdap, or Td) - 5 doses (4 doses OK if one was given on or after the 4th birthday. 3 doses OK if one was given on or after the 7th birthday.)

Polio (OPV or IPV) - 4 doses (3 doses OK if one was given on or after 4th birthday)

Hepatitis B - 3 doses (not required for 7th-grade entry)

Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) - 2 doses (Both given on or after 1st birthday)

Varicella (Chickenpox) - 2 doses

These immunization requirements also apply to students entering transitional kindergarten.

California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade and all students advancing to 7th grade before entry. Parents must show their child's Immunization Record as proof of immunization.

AB 699 Compliance

Dear Parents/Guardians,

If for any reason you don’t have your child's Birth Certificate or don't want to disclose your child’s birth country, you will be able to provide that information later when completing the “Students Information Update Sheet” during the school year. Completing this information helps your child’s school secure additional funding to support its educational program.
