Ethics Training Records Request
In accordance with California Government Code §§ 53235–53235.2, Vista Charter Public Schools maintains records of ethics training completed by applicable local agency officials.
Members of the VCPS governing body and other officials subject to California's local agency ethics training requirements must complete ethics training as required by law.
Ethics training records are maintained for at least five years and are public records subject to applicable provisions of the California Public Records Act.

Requests should identify the records being requested and, when possible, the name of the official and approximate training date.
