As the new school year approaches, we would like to bring an important matter to your attention regarding the health and safety of our students. In accordance with our school district's policy and state regulations, all incoming 7th grade students must have received the required vaccinations before the beginning of the school year.

Specifically, it is mandatory for all 7th grade students to have received two doses of the Chickenpox vaccine and the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) shot. These vaccines are crucial for protecting your child against various preventable diseases and ensuring a healthy school environment for everyone.

To comply with the vaccination requirements, we kindly request that you review your child's immunization records and ensure they have received the necessary vaccines. If your child has already received these vaccinations, please submit the updated records to our school's front office as soon as possible. On the other hand, if your child has not yet received these vaccinations, we strongly urge you to schedule an appointment with their healthcare provider promptly to ensure completion before the start of the school year.

Please note that students who have not received the required vaccinations will not be permitted to attend classes until the vaccines are administered and proper documentation is provided to the school. We take the health and safety of our students seriously, and these measures are in place to protect the well-being of all members of our school community.
